Reliever Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Reliever Health care (Reliever) team facilitates processing correct medicines as per order and prescription and strives to service the medicines and products in right conditions/ without any damage every time a consumer places an order. We also strongly recommend the items are checked at the time of delivery

1:- Customers can initiate return using App.
2:- Customers can initiate return within 5 days from Order Delivery

Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases we will offer a refund.

1:-The product in the form of liquid must be returned to Seller with proper packing.
2:- Products being returned should be in good condition otherwise it will not be accepted by the Seller

1:- The product that is in unsealed/used condition/opened.
2:-Products marked as Non-returnable

1:- You can cancel an order by clicking on the Cancel button.
2:- You will be able to cancel an order till the time it is dispatched from the seller. In case you are unable to cancel an order from the app, you can reject the order at doorstep.

There may be certain orders that Reliever are unable to accept and service and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by Reliever

Reliever also reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by Reliever as per certain criteria. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive:

i Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale;
ii. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address;
iii. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered;
iv. Invalid address given in order details;
v. Any malpractice used to place the order.
No cancellation charges shall be levied for cancellation of an order in accordance with the terms of this policy.

Customers shall get Refund against Cancellation of Order or any failed payment by way of credit to the original mode of payment - Credit/Debit Card, or Net banking or Third-Party Wallet.

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can choose to get their refund on Return(s) through one of the below options. The refund shall be initiated within 5 to 10 days from the date of return pickup.
• Refund credited to the Bank Account entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request. In case of transaction failure due to invalid bank account details, Reliever reserves the right to refund the amount to the Reliever Wallet of the customer.
• Refund credited to the Bank Account associated with the UPI ID entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.
• In case the payment is made by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or Third Party Wallet, you may get the refund within 7 to 15 working days. Kindly note that there may be delays in refund as they're handled by the Bank.
